Plus this....

Equals this!

Well, it has definately been a much bigger adjustment going back to work than I thought it would be. I have been training full time everyday for the last week and a half, and I have to leave my house every day by 7 am. Leini has been having horrible acid reflux, and she hasn't been sleeping much at night (except for during the day, while I'm working of course). So this has been a sleepless week, filled with an overwhelming amount of information I need to learn. I am completely exhausted when I come home, and just thinking about cleaning or making dinner just drains whatever little energy I have left. I almost feel like a robot when I get home. I'm so happy to see the girls, but I just end up feeling guilty because I don't have the energy to do the things Kas wants me to do with her. Such a delicate balancing act. Any suggestions? Full time working moms, I have a newfound respect for you!

Good Luck!! I hope your baby starts sleeping through the night. That must not be easy to be going to work tired.
Ohhhh Wend- all I can say is I am glad that's not me :) he,he,he!!!j/k! I admire you, sounds like you have your hands full. good luck and I hope it gets better for you :) xoxo
hey girly! hang in there!!! it makes me tired reading about it. life was super crazy for the 3-4 mos each year with the wedding guide when i was working insane 10-14 hour days & either puking every day (prego) or small reflux babies that were really fussy, not sleeping, well, you know . . . all i can say is, one day at a time. only think about that day, just get through that day. looking back, those times are a little fuzzy in my memory. but, know they will be for your small ones as well. so try not to feel too guilty; give yourself a break! there's only so much a zombie can do! :) i hope your little leini & u get some sleep soon. luv u!
oh gwend, i was wondering how you were doing! i'm sorry you're so tired and that little leini is still having a hard time sleeping. i like the advice belle gave you, give yourself a break and don't feel guilty! also, stock up on freezer food so that you make sure you're eating & it doesn't take up too much time. love you, hang in there!
Hey Wendy, It's Kahea, great to read about your cute little family! It's hard to be a working mom! You've got to cut yourself a little slack and remember the important things in life! Let the dishes slide once in awhile when the kids want to play or have PB&J sandwiches for dinner!!! I think as women and mother's, we are really hard on ourselves!!!! Be Happy! Love ya! Kahea
I am loving your picts so stinking fun and cute! Way to go it takes a strong woman to do what you are doing! I am so proud of my wendalyn! Hang in there and just remember to always put the lord first and you will be blessed among your wildest imgagination! love beck
It is a very difficult balancing act, the only thing that I have been able to do is look forward to the days off and spend some one on one time with the little ones. Nights are hard getting home and the list of things to do 1. dinner 2. bath 3. clean up 4. bed
It is not easy being a working mom but in the end your family will benefit.
